PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The multi-family residence in Vail, Colorado used a combination of 22,000 ft2 of WRAPSHIELD HS® under stucco to back drain and vent and over 9,000 ft2 of WRAPSHIELD® under exterior decorative cladding.

WRAPSHIELD®, with a rating of 50 perms, combines the best properties of a vapor permeable membrane and an air barrier in one innovative, affordable product.

WRAPSHIELD® bonded to HomeSlicker creates WRAPSHIELD HS®. A unique water resistant membrane creating the necessary airspace in a rain screen wall system.
